CapitaLand Development (CLD) has unveiled plans to establish Singapore Science Park’s (SSP) inaugural residential project at 71 Science Park Drive, a currently vacant site in the innovation focused precinct. The proposed development aligns with CLD’s phased vision to reimagine the 55-hectare SSP into an integrated work-live-play innovation hub, enhancing its appeal as a dynamic destination for tech and research communities.

Celebrating its 40th anniversary last year, SSP stands as a premier Asian hub for R&D and technology, housing over 350 global corporations, startups, and research labs. Its strategic location near the National University of Singapore (NUS), National University Hospital, one-north’s tech corridor and Kent Ridge Park has cemented its reputation as a thriving ecosystem for innovation, set within a lush, campus-like environment. The addition of residential spaces aims to further enrich SSP’s connectivity and vibrancy, fostering closer collaboration among its academic, corporate, and entrepreneurial networks.

LyndenWoods Condo will feature 343 contemporary 2 to 4-Bedroom units spread across two 24-storey residential towers. The development’s dual-tower design offers a range of spacious layouts, catering to diverse lifestyle needs while maximizing urban views and connectivity.

The planned condominium, on a site of about 11,556.9 sqm and will be linked to Kent Ridge MRT station via Geneo. This project will broaden housing options for professionals working within Singapore Science Park.
